I've been a pretty loyal Discount Tire customer for almost my whole adult life. They've been exceptional almost every time. Very few minor hiccups over the years and usually something to do with my vehicle and not the staff's fault. I don't remember a time when the staff was anything but wonderful in every way. Usually very cool, laid back, car guys which I can relate to. Well, today there was a slight issue. It was caught before I left. Nothing major and I wasn't super upset at all because the issue was with my spare and not my four brand new tires which look and feel excellent! The issue had a very simple fix and Tony was very eager to correct it for me right away. My wife and I hung out for a few minutes and when my vehicle came back, not only was the simple fix performed, but Tony absolutely went well above and beyond my expectations. He and the staff not only made me whole, they added a little extra that prompted me to write this review to praise them. I was completely blown away at the level of courtesy and professionalism. Tony is the gosh darn man and has earned Discount Tire a customer for life. He clearly has been in the business for many years and knows his stuff. Straightforward, honest and no bs. The facility itself is clean, comfortable and may very well have the best air conditioning in town. They mounted and balanced new wheels and tires for me and saved me the cost of tpms sensors by removing the oem sensors from the stock wheels. Turn around time was very fast, about an hour. Price was better than most in town and worth every penny. Thank you Tony and Discount Tire!

Came out to a flat tire today. Happy Friday! Called Discount Tire around 2:30 and they told me to come on down and they could get me right in to take a look. Tony was so awesome! Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately i wasn't able to fix the tire but i left with some great new tires and a lot of good information and didn't cost an arm and a leg. The service was incredibly fast and they were done before my estimated time. Will definitely be back for all things tires! Thank you.

Bring your own torque wrench! They definitely didnt torque lug nuts on front passenger wheel. Lost two lugs on the road. Others are loose. I'll replace those and check the rest of the wheels. I just wanted my 6 month old tires rotated when I visited. The sales guy gave me a hard sales pitch about why I needed to replace my tires which I'd purchased from them in November. I had to press to just get the rotation. Then the torque issue... You get what you pay for.

March 5, 2026. I strolled into Discount tires on Los Altos about 35 minutes before closing for a tire rotation & balance. Although, the store was pretty busy they still welcomed me with a smile. Josh was awesome. He was very efficient servicing my car & when finished he went everything on my 2018 ToyotaI. He was great!! I do not like to go into any retail store close to closing but my schedule makes it hard for me to always be conscious of time, as well as makes it difficult to make an appointment. Thanks Josh & crew you all ROCK!
